EQ

Your EQ is 133
50 or less: Thanks for answering honestly. Now get yourself a shrink, quick!51-70: When it comes to understanding human emotions, you'd have better luck understanding Chinese.71-90: You've got more emotional intelligence than the average frat boy. Barely.91-110: You're average. It's easy to predict how you'll react to things. But anyone could have guessed that.111-130: You usually have it going on emotionally, but roadblocks tend to land you on your butt.131-150: You are remarkable when it comes to relating with others. Only the biggest losers get under your skin.150+: Two possibilities - you've either out "Dr. Phil-ed" Dr. Phil... or you're a dirty liar.

Mirima

Just get my ESLS class photo today, though it was taken few months ago........taken during Teachers' Day................

Talking about ESLS, the tasks and assignments really demanding yet beneficial. Recalling back my memory, it was in January where we started to be assessed. The most demanding task is the Investigation Study......Wasting 1 month of time to choose and get approval of our topics, plus few months to do our researches via online or go Induk library, national library, and other Uni libraries as well to get those journals, books, magazines......we finally came out with our "products", the first draft. All sorts of skills were included, namely synthesizing, paraphrazing, in-text citation(Harvard System), quotation, bibliography and.......... Then, it came to the interview part which is one of the component of our studies...... Revising the first draft, finally, finally...we managed to get rid of this "burden" last week as the final draft was submitted already. Well, the tutorial session is awaiting. And my issue analysis, Text production 1 & 2 are not yet in the final stage.......sigh..lots to go......

Next week schedule- Monday( Pass up Physic final draft), Friday( Tutorial & Math Topic Test)....fortunately I have finished my Math Directed Investigation.... Coming soon are Chem Test, PQA(9/8), Bio test( 11/8), Moral Presentation(15/8)....... Not to forget to pass up all my application forms and my Hospital Attachment........ Very compact right? Who is going to help me?

Something I discussed with my friend today, about the places to study Medicine in Aus. For us, Sydney and Newcasttle Uni are two Uni which we can't apply already. Then Melbourne? Don't even think about it as the TER is damn high.. Talking bout UWA? ISAT so bad, can't go in also. Whatelse? Adelaide? My friend said normally they won't accept us also, and the PQA and interview are so tough. Tasmania? Hope our personal statement can attract them, or else, game over as well. Last one, Monash. Sat for ISAT and the interview already, hope we pass lah. Counting carefully, how many Uni we can have higher chance to enter? 1 or 2 only!!!! OMG!!! If can't get any offer, sure go Indo or IMU ady..... How? Who can tell us what to do...(praying hard).....Scholars from other courses most I think can fly ady, as their TER requirement is not that high, so I guess they can start packing now.... For pharmacy students, should be no problem I think, as Curtin Uni promised to reserve 15 places for them ady... So, only Medicine and Dentistry students are in a danger zone now.....Gambateh......

Fantastic Softwares Released

Recently, due to the fact that I need to go online to do my researches, I reliased that I have nearly become an Internet maniac...........My life is incomplete without my laptop and the wireless connection here.

For some software 'fans' like me, it is what a thrill as lots of fantastic and superb softwares were released. Well, of course they are free to be downloaded. For me, there are several softwares or updates which are worth to try out. Among them:

1) Lime wire pro edition (Better than Kazaa and Morpheus)
2) Zone alarm (The best anti virus)
3) Windows live messenger
4) Windows Media Player 11(The skin is damn nice and the newly introduced features really made me crazy for it)
5) Internet Explorer 7 (Comparable to Firefox and Opera)
6) Google earth
7) Registry Mechanic
8) Skype
9) Anti-brontox (Beware of this virus, it is becoming the world's most powerful virus, once affected, it can't be detected or cleaned by most of the anti virus......)
10) Object dock (Get the feeling like using iMac)
11) Rainlendar (Best reminder and calendar)

Well, why still waiting, act immediately to try them out...Most of them can be downloaded from www.download.com or www.microsoft.com (only those using genuine windows software can download softwares from microsoft.com as it requires genuine check)...... Happy trying.........

I am back

I am back. This blog is still alive. Well, looking back at my last post, it has been around two months for not posting even a word here. Sorry for that but I have got no choice. This few months are critical to complete my internal assessment. I am tired. Being a scholar and doing SAM, I strongly believe that I could have no time to rest and enjoy my life. Sometimes, I was thinking whether this kind of life suit me......... sigh.........

Some memorable things just happened in this month.....One of them is the interview with Monash University representatives. I really enjoyed the 30 minutes session, though it was quite demanding. Really hope I can pass the interview as it determines whether I can secure a place in Monash to further my study in medical field.....praying hard....... Wanna try one of the questions thrown at me? It sounds like this " Explain what is ISOMER to a patient who has no chemistry knowledge at all"........"Imagine you are a doctor, how would you tell a patient that he has a terminal disease"........... Find them hard? There are lots more!!!

Last wednesday, we, AUSMAT students finally graduated. So excited to have a chance to go up the stage to receive the graduation certificate. Wearing very formal, all of us look so smart, hehe.

Next week is yet another hectic one...... I need to finish all my presentations, assignments, tests and quizzes as soon as possible. I wanna get rid of those suffocating stuffs..... I am tired! Have a glimpse at my calendar, I know I must finish my Personal Statement required by Tasmania Uni as soon........then, it is the hospital attachment....... Last but not the least, the preparation for my Personal Quality Assessment(PQA) required by Adelaide Uni and the phone interview by New South Wales Uni as well........tired.............

Wanna sleep as soon, have played badminton for 3 hours today. Tomorrow will be a better day. I believe.
